Verity Resources Limited (ASX:VRL, FSE:48B0, Verity or the Company) is pleased to provide its quarterly activities
report for the period ended 30 September 2026. Following delivery of the maiden Indicated Mineral Resource at
the Monument Gold Project in the June quarter, the Company's focus during the period turned to regional growth.
Assay results from the 58-hole aircore program confirmed gold mineralisation at three prospects along the 9km
Perseverance–A1 banded iron formation (BIF) corridor, while soil sampling defined a new intrusion-related gold
target at Gum Well, a mineralisation style not previously recognised at Monument.
In Botswana, renewal of four key prospecting licences secured tenure over the Company's most advanced copper-
silver and nickel-copper-PGE assets for a further two years.

EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES
Monument Gold Project, Laverton Gold District, Western Australia
Aircore Drilling Confirms Gold Mineralisation Across 9km BIF Corridor
During the quarter the Company reported assay results from the aircore (AC) drilling program completed across
five priority gold prospects at Monument - Perseverance, A1, A4, Korong Syenite and Cooper Well (ASX
announcement 30 July 2026). The program was completed for 58 holes and 2,622m and was designed to test
extensions of mineralisation along strike of the project's main mineralised trends, within the ~20km BIF corridor
that hosts the existing Korong and Waihi Mineral Resource.
Gold mineralisation was confirmed at three prospects - A4, A1 and Perseverance - spanning the 9km BIF corridor
along strike from the 137,700oz @ 1.72g/t Au Korong–Waihi Mineral Resource. Gold mineralisation above 0.1g/t
Au reporting cut-off was returned in 19 of the 24 holes drilled at A4 and A1.

A4 is located mid-way along the 9km BIF corridor between A1 and Perseverance, within the historic Mt McKenzie
prospector workings cluster. The 15-hole AC program, completed for 1,287m, was the first systematic shallow test of the
BIF horizon at A4, which represents the largest untested strike length within the Perseverance–A1 corridor. Gold above
the 0.1g/t Au reporting cut-off was returned in 13 of the 15 holes over approximately 1.1km of drill-tested strike, with
best results of 2m @ 0.87g/t Au from 15m (A4AC26003), 7m @ 0.73g/t Au from 12m (A4AC26011) and 4m @ 0.53g/t Au
from 44m (A4AC26004). The results have established A4 as a high-priority RC drill target.
Figure 3. Significant AC intersections at A4
A1 is located along strike to the north-west of the Korong deposit, with a number of historic workings in the area, and is
hosted in the same BIF horizon as the existing Korong–Waihi Resource. Nine AC holes were completed for 545m, with gold
above the 0.1g/t Au reporting cut-off returned in six of the nine holes over approximately 450m of drill-tested strike. Best
results included 8m @ 0.73g/t Au from 8m (A1AC26012) and 4m @ 0.54g/t Au from 7m (A1AC26007). The results extend
gold mineralisation along strike to the north-west of the existing Resource. Where previous RC drilling has tested the same
horizon at A1 it returned 2.9m @ 2.51g/t Au, several times the tenor of the surrounding 4m composites.

Figure 4. Significant AC intersections at A1, along strike of the Korong 121koz Au Mineral Resource
Perseverance is located approximately 6km north-west of the Korong deposit and was the most advanced of the targets
drilled. The 20-hole AC program was completed for 377m and returned anomalous gold intersections including 5m @
0.21g/t Au from 4m (PVAC26014). Combined with previous RC drilling, which returned 2m @ 1.24g/t Au from 86m, and
the prospect's pathfinder signatures, the results provide further follow-up potential at Perseverance.

Figure 5. Significant intersections from the AC drill program (blue) and previous significant RC intercepts (orange) at Perseverance
Drilling at Cooper Well and Korong Syenite comprised 14 holes for 413m. While anomalous pathfinder geochemistry was
returned, the drilling did not intersect significant gold mineralisation. Further work is required at Cooper Well, where
anomalous gold in surface sampling around historic shafts was not intersected by the drilling.
As the reported grades from the program are from 4m composite samples, which by design can dilute narrow higher-
grade intervals, re-assay of the individual 1m splits from the best composite intervals is planned, ahead of RC drilling
designed to define true width and grade and to test the potential of the mineralisation to contribute to future Resource
growth.
Soil Sampling Defines New Intrusion-Related Gold Target at Gum Well
During the quarter the Company reported results from its soil sampling campaign across Monument (ASX announcement
7 July 2026). The campaign combined first-pass coverage of the newly granted Gum Well tenement (E39/2558) with
follow-up infill sampling at Star Well, McKenzie Well, McKenzie Granite and Korong Syenite (ASX announcement 8 April
2026). All samples were submitted to ALS Laboratories for gold and pathfinder multi-element analysis.
Gum Well - the standout result was the definition of a new intrusion-related gold target on ground that was previously
vacant and has had limited historic exploration. First-pass soils returned a coherent gold-in-soil anomaly over
approximately 1.1km of strike (peak 64ppb Au), which remains open to the north and south. The anomaly lies in the
immediate vicinity of previously reported rock-chip pathfinder anomalism of 779ppm copper and 1.2ppm tellurium (~10x
background) from an outcropping interpreted intrusive body, and is spatially coincident with a discrete magnetic feature
interpreted as a high-level intrusive.

The convergence of these three independent datasets - a magnetic intrusive signature, outcropping copper-tellurium rock-
chip pathfinders and a coherent gold-in-soil anomaly - over the same footprint defines a walk-up intrusion-related target
and an entirely new exploration front at Monument. The setting is considered analogous to Genesis Minerals' (ASX:GMD)
intrusion-hosted Jupiter (~1.5Moz Au) and Cameron Well (~0.25Moz Au) deposits in the same district. Detailed mapping
and infill soil sampling are planned to advance the target towards drill testing.
Figure 6. Gum Well Prospect with rock chip samples of outcropping chert/BIF and apparent intrusive units exhibiting pathfinder
anomalism, and soil sampling with a >5ppb Au contour, against 1VD magnetic image
McKenzie Well and McKenzie Granite - results at McKenzie Well returned gold anomalism >5ppb Au across the eastern
portion of the granite contact over 2.2km of strike, with a further 1.1km of anomalism along the south-eastern granite–
greenstone contact, supported by a previously reported coherent gold-in-soil anomaly of up to 48ppb Au. Infill sampling
at McKenzie Granite returned a maximum of 21ppb Au from the interpreted northern contact with the greenstone
stratigraphy, approximately 400m west of Genesis Minerals' adjoining McKenzie Well deposit (0.95Mt @ 1.10g/t Au for
34koz Inferred). Recent results at McKenzie Granite were consistently higher than historic sampling, and further work is
planned to calibrate the historic data and to advance McKenzie Well towards first-pass drilling.

Figure 7. Plan view of McKenzie Well soil sampling results, exhibiting coherent anomalism greater than 5ppb Au
Korong Syenite and Star Well - soil sampling within the interpreted position of the Korong Syenite, adjacent to the Korong
Mineral Resource, returned the highest individual result of the campaign of 264ppb Au, with surrounding samples
between 5–29ppb Au. Further infill sampling is required to support the potential of this prospect. At Star Well, soils
returned values up to 44ppb Au along trend from previously reported high-grade rock chips of up to 6.17g/t Au, within a
favourable lithological package of mafic volcanics, chert, BIF and felsic gneiss extending over approximately 8km of strike.
Mineral Resource and Next Steps
The Monument Gold Project hosts a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.5Mt @ 1.72g/t Au for 137,700oz,
including a maiden Indicated Mineral Resource of 1.18Mt @ 1.75g/t Au for 66,200oz (ASX announcement 12 May 2026).
Only a small proportion of the ~20km BIF strike has been drilled to date, and approximately 60 priority targets have been
identified along the BIF horizon and in broader syenite-intrusion hosted settings. Planned next steps at Monument include:

• re-assay of 1m splits from the best AC composite intervals at A4 and A1, followed by RC drilling to define true width
and grade;
• detailed mapping and infill soil sampling at Gum Well to advance the target towards drill testing;
• advancing McKenzie Well towards first-pass drilling and infill sampling at Korong Syenite; and
• as previously advised, scoping-level technical studies and assessment of development and processing pathways,
including third-party processing options in the Laverton region.
Exploration Licences, Mining Lease and Miscellaneous Licences Applications
InWesternAustralia, as previously disclosedto themarket, the Group’s subsidiary, Monument ExplorationPtyLtd, is involved
in Warden’s Court proceedings concerning applications for forfeiture of exploration licences E39/1846, E39/2139 and
E39/2024, and objections to expenditure exemption applications. Its mining lease application M39/1189 is also subject to an
unresolved objection and an application seeking to stay its progress pending determination of related proceedings. The
Group is defending its tenure and progressing the relevant applications with assistance from its legal advisers. However, the
outcomes and timing remain uncertain. The Group’s proposed haul road tenure, including miscellaneous licence application
L39/397, has attracted third-party objections and requires resolution of relevant access arrangements. Although agreements
have been reached with certain parties, outstanding objections and negotiations may delay or restrict the grant or use of this
tenure. The Group has also lodged objections to third-party applications overlapping its exploration tenure to protect its
interests. There is no assurance that these matters will be resolved on terms satisfactory to the Group.
Botswana Critical Metals Portfolio (100%)
Verity holds 100% ownership of a large-scale critical metals portfolio of approximately 2,868km² in the Limpopo
Mobile Belt, eastern Botswana, a district known for hosting major copper and nickel producing operations. The
portfolio contains three flagship projects where high-grade Cu-Ag (Airstrip and Dibete) and a JORC Inferred
Resource (Maibele North) have been discovered, plus several regional exploration targets. The regional VTEM
dataset has identified 23 untested anomalies across the portfolio, the majority of which lie outside the three
flagship prospect areas (which together represent less than 10% of the Company's Botswana ground).
Prospecting Licences Renewed Over Copper-Silver Projects
On 26 August 2026 the Company announced that the Botswana Ministry of Minerals and Energy had granted renewal of
four key prospecting licences - PL2477/2023, PL2478/2023, PL2479/2023 and PL222/2022 - for a further two years. The
renewed licences cover the Company's three most advanced Botswana assets: the Airstrip and Dibete copper-silver
discoveries and the Maibele North nickel-copper-PGE Mineral Resource.

The renewed licences sit within the same structural corridor as the Selebi and Selebi North nickel-copper-cobalt deposits,
now held by NexMetals Mining Corp. (NASDAQ:NEXM), and within trucking distance of the Selebi Phikwe processing
complex. NexMetals is progressing redevelopment studies for the Selebi Mines and in July 2025 received a US$150M
Letter of Interest from the Export-Import Bank of the United States. The Selebi Mines Project hosts 24.7Mt @ 3.40% CuEq
(Inferred) and 3.0Mt @ 2.92% CuEq (Indicated) under NI 43-1011
.
Soil Sampling Program Update – PL123/2024
The first-pass soil geochemical sampling and geological mapping program across the Company's 100%-owned 903km²
PL123/2024 (ASX announcement 29 June 2026) continued during the quarter. The program is designed to systematically
screen the licence for copper, silver, gold and nickel mineralisation hosted in Archaean metasediments analogous to the
Selebi Cu-Ni deposits located approximately 20km to the west. Samples are to be dispatched to ALS South Africa for assay
on completion of the program, and the Company will provide an update once results are received.

Pimenta REE Project – Minas Gerais, Brazil
The Pimenta Project is a large-scale critical minerals asset situated in Minas Gerais, Brazil, a region well-known for rare
earth element (REE) occurrences and mining infrastructure. Verity holds a 70% interest in Pimenta (via its Brazilian
subsidiary), in joint venture with Foxfire Metals Pty Ltd which holds the remaining 30%. Previous auger drilling defined
broad, consistent REE mineralisation over multiple traverses. No new field activities were undertaken at Pimenta during
the quarter and all tenement renewal fees were paid. The Company continues to assess next steps for the Brazilian
portfolio in the context of broader strategic priorities.
