Rare earths are the basis of the permanent magnets in EV drivetrains, wind turbines, robotics and defence systems. Supply outside China remains limited.

Rare earths → magnets

Gallium is critical to semiconductors, LEDs and radio-frequency chips, and sits on Western critical-minerals lists with supply concentrated offshore.

Verity holds 70% of the Pimenta REE Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Brazil holds one of the world's largest rare earth reserve bases and produces almost none of the world's supply — a gap that governments across Europe, North America and Asia are now actively funding efforts to close.

Rare earths are the basis of the permanent magnets in electric vehicle drivetrains, wind turbines, robotics and defence systems, and supply outside China remains limited.

A maiden 38-hole auger program returned rare earth mineralisation from surface along a trend of more than 20km, with intercepts including 4m at 2,683 ppm TREO and 5m at 2,250 ppm TREO. Peak surface sampling returned 2.58% TREO. Magnet rare earth oxides — neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium — make up 24–28% of the contained oxide, the high-value fraction. Gallium values reach 89 g/t Ga₂O₃.

Pimenta shows a similar geological signature to American Rare Earths Limited's (ASX: ARR) 2.6Bt Halleck Creek Project (refer ASX:ARR release 29 January 2025). No Mineral Resource has been estimated at Pimenta.

Verity holds 70% of the Pimenta REE–Gallium Project in Minas Gerais — the lead feature of the Brazil portfolio. A maiden auger program returned rare earth mineralisation from surface across a trend of more than 20km, with magnet rare earth oxides making up 24–28% of contained oxide and peak surface sampling at 2.58% TREO.

Brazil holds one of the world's largest rare earth reserve bases yet produces almost none of global supply — a gap governments across Europe, North America and Asia are funding efforts to close.

Caldeira is a second rare earths area in the Brazil portfolio. Location, ownership, exploration stage and latest results will be presented here from company-approved disclosures once confirmed, alongside the supplied project map.

Padre Paraiso adds lithium–REE exposure to the portfolio. Lithium context is kept within this section so it does not dilute Pimenta's REE–gallium emphasis. Location, ownership, stage and latest results will be shown here from approved disclosures once confirmed, with the supplied map.
