Verity holds 70% of the Pimenta REE Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. 

Brazil holds one of the world's largest rare earth reserve bases and produces almost none of the world's supply — a gap that governments across Europe, North America and Asia are now actively funding efforts to close. Rare earths are the basis of the permanent magnets in electric vehicle drivetrains, wind turbines, robotics and defence systems, and supply outside China remains limited. 

A maiden 38-hole auger program returned rare earth mineralisation from surface along a trend of more than 20km, with intercepts including 4m at 2,683 ppm TREO and 5m at 2,250 ppm TREO. Peak surface sampling returned 2.58% TREO. Magnet rare earth oxides — neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium — make up 24–28% of the contained oxide, the high-value fraction. Gallium values reach 89 g/t Ga₂O₃.

Pimenta shows a similar geological signature to American Rare Earths Limited's (ASX: ARR) 2.6Bt Halleck Creek Project (refer ASX:ARR release 29 January 2025). No Mineral Resource has been estimated at Pimenta.
