Verity is 100% owner of the Monument Gold Project, 405km² of granted ground in the Laverton Goldfields of Western Australia, about 40km from Laverton and from Genesis Minerals' (ASX: GMD) Laverton mill.

Monument sits in the Laverton Goldfields, ~40km west of Laverton in Western Australia's northeastern Goldfields. The project covers 405km², held 100% by Verity.

The Laverton district has produced more than 30 million ounces of gold and hosts several of Australia's long-life gold operations, including Gold Fields' Granny Smith, AngloGold Ashanti's Sunrise Dam and Genesis Minerals' Laverton operations. That endowment matters to us for two reasons. It tells us the geology works. And it means there is established processing capacity, road access, power and a skilled workforce already in the district.

Monument currently hosts a Mineral Resource of 137,700oz of gold at 1.72 g/t, of which 66,200oz sits in the Indicated category. Metallurgical testwork has been completed, and mining studies including pit optimisation are advancing. The resource remains open both along strike and at depth, and a 20km banded iron formation (BIF) corridor running through the project has been only partially drill tested.

Korong and Waihi together host a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource of 2.5Mt at 1.72 g/t Au for 137,700 ounces. In May 2026 we declared a maiden Indicated resource of 1.18Mt at 1.75 g/t for 66,200 ounces — 48% of the total — following 11,000m of infill and step-out drilling. Of those Indicated ounces, 57,000 sit within an optimised open pit shell run at A$5,500 per ounce.

Metallurgical testwork returned average recoveries of 92.75% at Korong and 96.83% at Waihi, with Waihi saprock at 96.99% and fresh BIF-hosted sulphide at 96.67% inside 24 hours. A meaningful gravity component supports a conventional gravity front-end ahead of cyanide leach — the flowsheet regional mills already run.

Three workstreams are in progress: a scoping study covering mining, processing and economic parameters for staged development; processing options with an established regional mill on a basis requiring no standalone plant capital; and a mining licence application, lodged and pending. No toll treatment agreement is in place and no mining licence has been granted.

Beyond the resource, 20km of prospective banded iron formation strike runs through the project, drilled only sparsely outside Korong and Waihi. First-pass aircore along a 9km corridor confirmed gold at A4 and A1 in July 2026, and Fred's Well returned 24m at 3.24 g/t Au including 12m at 6.35 g/t. Gum Well, on ground granted in January 2026, is a new intrusion-related target defined by a 1.1km coherent gold-in-soil anomaly to 64ppb, coincident magnetics and rock chips at 779ppm Cu.
